Tidelines is a 40km trail run over two days, starting in Rhossili (Worms Head) and finishing in the Mumbles.
The route follows the Wales Coast Path, covering ~20km per day (depending on the tides) along cliffs, beaches, and woodlands. At the halfway point, we will rest up with a recovery sauna and dip in the sea, followed by hot showers back at the cosy caravans and then the evening meal at the Hotel. Finishing with a bonfire on the beach (weather permitting).
Day two finishes at the meet up point, Mumbles Cricket Club, where there will be a bar and food truck for a well-deserved finisher meal
